The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR/AVG)
The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. It also addresses the export of personal data outside the EU. The GDPR aims primarily to give control to citizens and residents over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU.
It was adopted on 14 April 2016, and became enforceable on 25 May 2018.
Personal data refers to any information related to you (or your company), that can be used to directly or indirectly identify you.
Here is an overview of the different types of personal data we collect and store. It also describes the reason why this data is stored and for how long.
Form Data
When you use our contact or return form, you will need to give explicit consent to be able to submit the forms.
You will receive a confirmation by mail with the information you shared with us and a special link to be remove you data before we automatically remove it.
The information you provide will be stored in our database and in our mail.

Why is it stored?
Because you use our contact or return form and we need to know what was written.
How long is it stored?
The data will be kept for maximum of 90 days within our database.
Webshop Data
The following data is used and stored for different purposes, when using the webshop part of our website.
For certain data we are legally obligated to keep in our systems and can't be removed by use, other data is cleaned from time to time.
What is stored?
- Communication mails:
We send mails about the orders in our webshop. - Addresses
Why is it stored?
- Communication mails storage is needed for reference purposes.
- Addresses are needed to create invoices, ship products and other order related purposes.
How long is it stored?
- Communication mails are automatically removed after 90 days.
- Addresses are stored at least 7 years.
Location of Data
Our website and database run on servers controlled by ourself.
The servers are located in Amsterdam (The Netherlands, Europe).
